Cancellation Policy
- 1) Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support.
- 2) Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Refund Policy
- 1) Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery.
- 2) Refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.
Return Process
- 1) Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging within 10 days of approval.
- 2) Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Non-Refundable Items
- 1) Products opened, used, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
- 2) Personalized or custom orders cannot be refunded.
Refund Timeline
